Reflection On digital Process

The digital process of creating my book was interesting and lead to a wide variety of design innovations for my project. In reflection my project wouldn't have been what it was if I hadn't decided to try put it together digitally instead of through collage. The process was time consuming but the freedom to undo mistakes, change sizes of text and image and rearrange them was a big benefit for the design elements as I was allowed to experiment with different formats and outcomes. I found the digital process so successful that I wish I had explored that option sooner as I could've built my project around that medium or at least with it in mind and could have allowed for a larger book with more pages and even more interesting ways to explore the book making medium and formats. In future projects I will incorporate digital media more effectively as I will be more accustomed to the format.
