Seminar 1

At this point in the corse I attended a seminar, a group discussion sharing ideas and notes on each others projects to help resolve any problems and help inspire new directions to take the project. I explained in this seminar my idea to create a book filled with my ink paintings and and to have my ink prints accompany the book. I broke down the conceptual ideas and my issues with tying my work together and fleshing it out into something more cohesive. Below are notes and ideas related to my project that were written during the seminar.

Artists such as Ken Kiff were mentioned in recommendation for me to look into for my project during the seminar and this is just one example of the feedback and how it feeds into the project. Looking into Ken Kiff's work was a big inspiration, I became really infatuated with the art style and the images presented in Kiff's work.
